Why is the Blue Zircon bead green?
I'm
not sure I have googled it and haven't been able to find an answer. It
is labeled "Blue Zircon" in my crafts catalog, and I too, have been
wondering. I'll keep looking and hopefully will find an answer.
Do you make these crafts yourself?
Yes,
I handmade the jewelry, but not the beads, and I knitted all the
scarves and hats either by hand or on a loom. Some pieces, like the
Ghostly Swirls will vary slightly piece by piece because I make each
link and lengths may vary slightly. If you are worried a piece will be
too short or small, email me before ordering and tell
me the length or size you want it to be and I can resize it.
If it's all handmade how long will my order take?
It
depends, to make most of the jewelry only takes 1-2 hours so only a few
days depending on your payment method. If I am out of supplies for the
jewelry I will post it on the website how long until I receive supplies
(my supplier is very quick about getting me my supplies though!) Knitted hats and scarves take a little longer depending on size or length.
What if my item breaks or becomes damaged?
I
will fix it for FREE! Just email me. You
will get free repairs for up to one year after initial purchase date. I
will not pay for you to ship the item back to me, nor will you pay for
me to return the item to you.

Are those real gemstones?
NO, they are Swarovski Crystals or glass beads.
What do some of the jewelry terms mean?
AB: Aurora Borealis - a pastel iridescent coating.
"E" Bead: The beads are cut from an elongated tube of glass and the slicer used to cut it is shaped like the letter "E".
Beadalon Tigertail: A multiple strand wire cable durable and flexible, but can kink easily (is used for Silver Curves jewelry.)
Split Ring: A mini keyring and is quite secure.
Hematite: Silver, shiny opaque gemstone that almost looks metal. The Hematite chips that I get are man made.
Swarovski Crystals: 32% lead-oxide Strass crystal made in Austria.
Remembrance Wire: Very strong coiled wire that retains its coil shape. Also called memory wire.
What makes the mood ring change colors?
Long-chain crystals in the colored section of the beads refract light
differently at different temperatures, thus creating unique colors in
every environment or mood.
